My World...My Rules!!

well, as i said yesterday..currently i'm just jobless and waiting for my posting! kind boring at home and just doing nothing..

and for sure, this will give me some crazy idea on doing somethings 'unique' and crazy!

feel curious on what had i done??!! nah....that's it >>> i start my cooking life! although currently fasting, but still can cook right?? hahaha...so, i start to search for the recipe of the things that i want to cook *err...wanna to say that, i know how to cook, just feel lazy to think what to cook!* and search for the method on how to cook.

so, the 1st things i search is TOMATO+MEAT SOURCE Spaghetti! *try to cook before, but not really works. so this time i go search for the real method on how to cook!

ok...let's start!!!

1st, prepare the material:-
-Fresh tomatoes (can search in every supermarket if you feel lazy to go for market)
~ 3-4 (depends n how many people eat or how many source you want to put on your spaghetti, that day just my sis-in-law and me, and i like a little more source so i use 3 tomatoes)
-Meat (any meat that you want...pork/chicken/beef..just depends on you can eat or not)
~ the meat that used must be minced meat and how much to put? depends on how much you want to eat
~ for me, i put quite many.
~ and that day i used the beef one.
-Garlic
~3-4 slices
-Ginger
~ little (depends you want to put or not, but that day i didn't put).
-Spaghetti (the main character!!!)
~ Note: there's having size for it, the spaghetti i used to cook is size no: 5
-Bacon
~ Some. Cut into equal size (want or not, depends)
**all of these can search in the supermarket, just rajin-rajin cari lah~~~

The procedure: **Just testing so no take the photo of the method...but i will try to grab the photo from the website i learn.
1. Wash the tomatoes and peel of the skin of the tomatoes.
2. Cut the tomatoes into small size
~ easy to be cooked
3. Chop the garlic into small pieces.

****Start to cook****

~ Preparing the source~
4. Heat up the wok and put little oil, then put down all the meat and bacon. Fry until the color of meat change to some kind of white. Then take it off and put aside.
~ the reason for no need put too much oil is, when you fry the meat, there will be some oil coming out!

5. Fried the garlic that prepared until a little bit golden color and put down all the tomatoes that had prepared.
**6. When you frying the tomatoes, don't forget to squeeze it a little bit until the water of tomato comes out and keep on continue until the look of tomato had changed.
7. Then, put down all the meat that had fried just now, quickly fried then put in some water (if you got some soup then put in the soup, cause i didn't cook the soup so use water to replace)
8. Add in some sugar and salt. (don't too much, depends on the taste you want)
9. Wait until it boiled, then you can now close the cover and turn the fire to the smallest and wait for it to be cooked for around one hours.


~Preparing the Spaghetti~ (Prepare around 45 minutes after the source been ready so that the source will not get cold after the spaghetti cooked)
10. Boil a big pot of water.
11. Put in a teaspoon of salt and oil (To prevent the Spaghetti stick together when cooking)
12. Put in the spaghetti and cooked for 8-10 minutes.

~ Before the Spaghetti finish cooked, prepare some cold water.
13. Take out the spaghetti and quickly put it into the cold water that had been ready, and stir it by using your hands until all the spaghetti had been immersed in cold water.
~ To make the spaghetti got the feel of elasticity.
~ for sure, your hands must be clean enough.
#14. Pour off the water and put in a teaspoon of Olive oil.
~ Just to make the spaghetti got the olive smell. if don't want to put also doesn't matter.

15. Put the Spaghetti into the plate depends on how much you want to eat, and add in the source that ready.
#16. If you got enough budget, then you can buy some cheese powder and put on it.

and now, the tomato+meat source spaghetti is ready to serve!

hello...finally i'm gonna "POP" out again from the silence...

it's really being a long time didn't update anything in here.

not because i'm busy (jobless now...no more student life...what is waiting for me is >>> Working...)

not because there's no internet line (everyday watching movie...watching Youtube...Facebook i.n.g...and so on)

not because there's no computer for me (there still have PC at my home)

so...what's the actual reason for no updating here....

that's kinda easy >>> i'm just so damn LAZY!!! haha..what a stupid reason...but yet...i'm really damn lazy now...lazy to do everything...

ok...let's talk about my lifestyle nowadays...

it's just so simple...wake up...facing laptop...eating...facing tv..then facing laptop back once again...then facing to my bed...then that's one day of my life.isn't it's kinda simple?? haha...but yes...that's my lifestyle now!!! it's really damn bored for me!

plan to having a trip...but, i'm in bankrupt mode now...no money, then everything just like a dream for me!

hope my posting will coming out as soon as possible! really can't wait for it! and i really hope that will getting to the place i hope to...

(p/s finally i'm graduate last month...although it's a bit too late to say now...but so what? did i care about that? hehehe..)
